At the beginning of today’s public meeting of the parliament and in his speech before his order, Mohammad Baqer Ghalibaf stated: The sweet taste of the victory of religious democracy, which was crystallized in the inauguration ceremony of the president, turned bitter due to martyrdom of the operational and political commanders of the resistance axis. One of the martyrs is Martyr Ismail Haniyeh, who was our dear guest. This martyr was martyred in our house and without a doubt, the entire Islamic Republic of Iran and the resistance forces and freedom fighters of the world will become happy by a strong and intelligent response against the perpetrators.
He continued: This regime (Israeli regime) and its supporting country, the US, will regret from their action and are forced to correct their calculation system so as not to make such a mistake again. We should never forget that after the Al-Aqsa storm operation, the main elements of the Zionist regime collapsed and the beginning of the end of this notorious regime was keyed.
Iranian Parliament Speaker stated: Considering the complete failure of the Zionist regime in achieving its goals, this cancerous tumor is on the verge of destruction, but it wants to appear victorious with passive assassinations, but it should know that this operation will have no result other than a definite defeat for itself.
Ghalibaf added: Islamic Republic of Iran parliament demands a deterrent response by preserving national interests for blood vengeance in the dignity of our dear guest and fully supports any decision regarding when and how to respond to this aggression. After the Islamic revolution, Islamic Iran has never left any aggression against its borders unanswered, and God willing, there will never be such a day. Our powerful military forces, relying on God and the support of the people, will give a historical lesson to the enemy of terrorism and its main supporter, the United States.
The Chairman of the Islamic Council further stated: I congratulate the arrival of the Islamic Human Rights Day. Today, Palestine is a symbol for all of us. Some Western politicians who are claimants of human rights have always stood next to perpetrators of the killing of Palestinian children, the genocide in Gaza, and the oppression of innocent people in front of the criminals of contemporary history and encouraged it. The nations of the world must join hands to defend the oppressed people of Palestine and stand up against the Western statesmen who were united in support of this oppression.
