Chinese-Iranian officials hold virtual talks

According to Xinhua News Agency, Song Tao and Zolghadr exchanged views through a video link.

During the discussion, the two sides exchanged views on issues such as deepening exchange of experiences as well as enhancement of coordination on regional and international affairs.

Song also explained current “two-sessions” in China as well as the sixth public meeting of the 19th Chinese Communist Party (CCP) Central Committee.

China and Iran signed a 25-year cooperation agreement to strengthen mutual relations in political, strategic and economic arenas.
