Five photographers from Khorasan Razavi Province of Iran have snatched Victor Polynsky Award 2021.
The event was kicked off on July 3 and wrapped up on July 28.
Victor Polynsky Award 2021 International Salon of Photography is one of the prestigious events in Kyrgyzstan.
Born and raised in Kyrgyzstan, Victor Polynsky (1965-2013) was a celebrated photographer.
