Iran stands at 21st in Paris Olympics with 12 medals

 At the end of the 33rd Paris 2024 Olympic Games, Iran ranked 21st with three gold, six silvers and three bronze medals and a total of 12 medals.

America took the lead with 40 gold, 44 silvers and 42 bronze medals. China ranked second with 40 gold, 27 silvers, and 24 bronze medals, and Japan ranked third with 20 gold, 12 silver, and 13 bronze medals.

Australia ranked fourth with 18 gold, 19 silvers, and 16 bronze medals, and France, the host of the Olympic games ranked fifth with 16 gold, 26 silvers, and 22 bronze medals.

Iran sent 41 athletes in 14 sports in the 2024 Paris Olympics and Iranian representatives won 12 medals in wrestling and taekwondo.
